Hailing from beautiful Northern California, Amber is ready to take her musical journey to the next level with her expressive and explosive contemporary gospel sound.
Amber began singing at the age of 4 and after exploring music in elementary school, playing clarinet and singing in school choirs decided singing was what she wanted to do as her career. Ambers' natural talent became apparent as she began to win many karaoke contests and was asked to sing at local fairs and family functions throughout the Nor-Cal area.
In September of 2005, Amber won the American Idol sanctioned "Northern California Idol" contest which awarded her a V.I.P pass at the big city auditions for "American Idol" in Chicago. Although she did not advance she was given very positive feedback by the panelists. In September 2006, Amber joined the Chico State Gospel Choir and began a spiritual transformation. After singing several solos with the choir she decided she wanted to use her beautiful voice for God to uplift and inspire people and to sing songs of praise to the Lord.
After making her stake in the local pop scene and winning the previously mentioned contests as well as many others, Amber is even more excited about her new CD "Changed". It is the true expression of her talent and a gift of joy, peace and hope to the masses. Amber is currently recording her first solo release "Changed" due this year. She will release a 4 song EP to have available for a local church tour, promoting the full length release of "Changed".
