About Me

We’re a group made from the coagulation of milk, most often from cows, buffalos, goats, or sheep. We’ll use a bacterial culture to help acidify our milk while adding an enzyme rennet (or some type of substitute, e.g. acetic acid or vinegar) in order to coagulate, giving curds and whey.
