In the summer of 2006 rockband Anubis splits up. Guitarist Wouter decides to form a metalband with drummer PJ by the end of the year. Early 2007 Albijn joins the band as bass-player (Wouter and Albijn met in the rockcoverband Mayday). During the summer, the songs start to take shape. By the end of 2007 Frederik (of fellow-thrashers Illumination) joins the band as 2nd guitarist. In June of 2008, Frederik decides to leave the band, to focus on Illumination. We thank him for his contribution and wish him the best of luck.After a lot of uncertainty I am very pleased to tell you that since August of 2009 Warckon has a new line-up!
