About Me

The well established, hard working Edinburgh band have just released their debut album, ?Random Heartfelt Trinkets?. Formed in 2005, The Dead Beat Club have played a number of high profile gigs in the last two years with some great UK and international acts including Seasick Steve, Angus and Julia Stone, The Beautiful South, Nick Harper, Karine Polwart, James Yorkston, Kevin Montgomery, Horse, The Cosmic Rough Riders and Teenage Fanclub?s Francis Macdonald. 2007 saw them playing Celtic Connections at the Royal Glasgow Concert Hall, the prestigious Antifolk night in New York, Southern Holland, King Tuts, and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. All in all, the band has played almost 100 gigs in the past year.
