I love language. The idea that all the thoughts going through my head are represented in a similar but different perspective of the very blue sky we live under. Imagine what the greek tragedies meant to people who lived and spoke the same language and had the same common knowledge as Homer when he wrote the Odyssey or the Illiad. We look back on them now in "for dummies" guides. But we dont really have to imagine; their culture is our culture. Their obsession with wisdom and truth is ours.
