I'm Maddy, Madeline or mak depending on who you are ;). I'm Studying English and Scottish Literature at Edinburgh uni. I am boring, bitter and cynical when the sky is grey. When it's sunny I am not so much. I want to be the next Doctor who. I would make a great doctor who. I think about this lots.
I like people who have talent, people who have interesting things to talk about, and people who make me laugh. (Stephen! PRINCE OF DEAATH! top shop boy!)
I like yellow things, like daffodils and lemons. Also, spring blossom. In winter, I like to hole up under a duvet with tea. At this time it is best not to disturb me, unless you bear chocolate. Green and blacks please! None of your cadburys shite.

I love naff bright things...the stripy and the manga eyed. I leave room for taste, but not much. Give me gaudy, or something striking. I will like you better! Presents are good! To give and to receive. Baking, I make a nice madeira cake, scones, cheese on toast.
I get bored around people quite easily, which isn't normally a problem. A rummage through my bag of goodies: books, tea bags sachets of sugar,pens, my Aberdeenshire council diary, sand, sorts me right out. I do like my own company- I doodle on everything, usually myself. (I write phone numbers on my thigh, to keep them safe then I wash them off. I need to get a permanant marker and now I drift...) I like the feel of towels, I stick things on my face. Play the tin whistle (final count down). But people are good too. I go slightly mad when I don't see anyone for too long. This happens often _. I make them dance and tell me stories for my own entertainment. It isn't cruel! I push your creative capacity because I have none!
Minor obsessions- the Travel lodge, Chicken tonight, choc ices. The bernard Matthews compartment at iceland...These things keep me occupied/awake at night. I have nightmares,they're exciting. They creep into my day to day living. If I cringe when you stand behind me it's because you came at me with a cleaver in my sleep. I liked the one where I fell through a perspex bridge and broke my foot. The one with the prisoners and the shop was good too.
I found out that I don't really have any respect for authority... which explains much _.
