Jeff Trathen is a singer songwriter from Indiana. He lived in Houston Texas for 11 years and was in the bluegrass/americana band Bluewing. He currently plays in the acoustic duo The Stumpgrinders, and records original music in a project called Sodderpot. He has a lot of songs that don’t really fit anywhere, so he thought he’d put some on here. It’s really him writing this right now, but he thought it sounded better like this. These songs are just demos I recorded on my computer with the little plastic mic that comes in the box. Hopefully I’ll get a little more sophisticated in time.
