aka Myke Jonze (whose real name is Mike Jones) was first introduced to the world of DJing while attending Slippery Rock (PA) University. In the fall of 1997, he met a group of friends who enjoyed DJing in their spare time. With limited resources, Jonze started researching the craft. He discovered that many of the hip hop CD's he enjoyed contained older jazz, funk, soul, and disco samples. He began hunting down original sounds and new hip hop music.

Born and raised in the up-and-coming city of Harrisburg, starting young he was exposed to many different types of music, and by the time he took up DJing as a hobby, the city was moving into the social spotlight for its scratch DJs and club scene. To this day, the influence of this variety is evident in his style. He maintains a healthy balance of technical ability and rough edge with keeping the crowd moving at all times.

In 2004, Jonze graduated from dreaming to realism and hit the local club scene. Playing anywhere between the club and the studio. He tried to catch peoples' ear. He gradually expanded and within time was playing at one of the top clubs in the CentPA Area. Since 2005, Jonze has only added to his list of residencies in the Harrisburg area. In 2007 he was voted best local events entertainment DJ in 71 Magazine.

He has appeared alongside the highest caliber of DJ's like DJ Roger Wert and Tommy Tunes. Jonze is considered a resident DJ, a DJ that calls one club his home. However, with the entrepreneurial mind, Jones is currently pursuing other ventures in the events entertainment including corporate clients and trade shows. One of his short-term goals is to DJ for local athletic teams.

Now living in the 'burbs and more dedicated to his craft than ever, Jonze wants to be recognized as one of the most innovative, versatile, and advanced in his field. Dropping his signature sets from coast to coast, it is clear that his skills will continue to take him far, and he is only getting started. oh yeeeeee, you are now listening to the sounds of almost world-reknowned mixmaster dj GEONESY.
