"The nice part about being a pessimist is that you are constantly being either proven right or pleasantly surprised"
"Hope for the best... Prepare for the worst"
So you wanna know about me, heh, well I guess you could say I'm a pretty passionate and genuine person. I love meeting people of all kinds, but I find it extremely rare to find a person who I can relate to and hang out with, but when I do, I sincerely give my all to any friendship or relationship that I encounter. I think my actions speak louder than words, and if I vibe with you, you will know it right away. You will know, because I will tell you anything and everything. I hate drama and will never start it intentionally. I almost always get along with guys better, because girls are too catty. I am notorious for losing chick friends because they somehow think it's okay to try to sleep with my boyfriends or talk shit behind my back... Like I said, I'm not a drama girl.
I don't like to spread myself too thin, so I have very few people who I keep close in my life so that I can give them the ultimate attention. I love being in friendships where I feel comfortable telling them anything, because I feel like it makes for a more interesting relationship with that person. I guess you could also say I am a very spontaneous, open, affectionate, and sexual person.
By the way, if you decide that you're interested in adding me to your friends list, and I have no idea who you are, chances are I will deny your friend request unless you intrigue me in some way. I don't really see the point of having 1024 people on my friends list when you never talk to or remember any of them. Okay yea just put them on your friends list just because... ummm no. If you didn't already notice, I only have a very few select people on my friends list, and all of them have some significant part in my life, so if you see yourself in there... well congrats, you've successfully intrigued me.
So what do I do? I like to watch movies, certain shows on TV, and hang out with friends... but I also love graphic arts, and web design. I've always loved computers. I also like mathematics, and playing video games. Lots of people say I'm the only chick they have ever met that actually likes video games, and it's true folks... I'm officially a game nerd (in the technical sense) and have been since I can remember.
I love to go clubbing, although I've had quite a hard time keeping interest in the scene out here in ABQ - for one, the music sucks, and the people are usually just ridiculous - this reverts back to the drama subject. I got a lot of my partying phase out in the earlier stages of my life during high school - so much that at this point I'm really just living life and trying to chill.
Currently, I live in an awesome apartment that I love to death although the money that I pay for it sometimes ends up leaving me with empty food cabinets and occasional disonnects from the electric and cable... but hey that's life right? I would love to get a better job than the one I have now doing something like digital media design. Looking into finishing school going in that direction. I decided I should probably put to use the 95 credit hours that I currently have at least towards something. I'll get there.
I met the guy of my dreams when I was in 11th grade in high school during my raving days thanks to some mutual friends and a warehouse party in Santa Fe. He is a wonderful musically talented and caring person that I have spent the last seven years of my life with. Sure we have had our rocky times but we always get through it, and that's what I love most. In 7 years with someone you can honestly learn so much about them and even yourself. You can check out Nathan Bostick's label website at:
