First and foremost, I'm happily married to a musician named Joe. He is the former bassist of the goth-rock band Sintastic. We lead a very noisy and busy life...but I love every single insane second of it! We frequently attend concerts and are also horror movie buffs. Anyway, I'm that type of person that everybody seems to come to when they need advice or simply just someone to listen. I like to help others in any way that I can, though at times my compassion tends to get the best of me.
My parents began taking me with them to rock concerts at the age of 10 and from that moment on, music became one of the greatest loves of my life. At the same time writing has also been another love. I was 15 years old when I first entered one of my poems into a contest; I won first place. Thereafter every single contest I ever entered, I came in either first or second place. I had my work published in a few teen literary magazines, the most circulated of which being "Scholastic Scope" and "Teen Ink" along with a long slew of teen magazines including "Teen People", "Seventeen" and "Mademoiselle" (Now known as "Glamour") among others.
Then one night after I had done a reading in a random scum bucket cafe at the age of only 17, I was approached by John Mesacombi (AKA Johnny Mess) himself - who at the time was the singer of the industrial metal band Between The Lines - to be a columnist for his underground hard rock magazine "muSICK JUNKie". I soon after signed on and was with MJ from 2002-2004. The magazine ultimately folded less than 2 months after my departure.
Music and writing have still remained my vices to this very day.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm pretty much a loner so I usually attract the like. I tend to float around.
Anyway, I'd like to meet
-People who don't take themselves too seriously and are able to laugh at themselves cause everyone does stupid/clumsy things at one point or another.
-Bands that actually give a damn about what they're doing.
-Other Pagan and/or Alternative-Natured Wives.
-Anybody really. I'm fairly tolerant.

Gothic Lolita Tales of The Concussed

They say love happens when you least expect it. That was the case for us. Then again, shit also happens when you least expect it. And (much like soldering) in spite of those times of misfortune, the b...
