Creativity is at the heart of what energizes me.
I started studying classical violin at the age of six.
Moved on from there into the drums and guitar. I had always heard such wondrous music so clearly inside my head, that I eventually settled on the piano. It was with the piano that I could more fully realize and express all the music flowing through me.
Being involved with the arts has been an underlying foundation in my life. I love to compose music, write poetry, perform improvisational theatre and comedy, draw and paint, and hopefully move people in the process.
I also have a passion for animal rescue. I have been involved with cat rescue for over twenty years.
Cats are amazing beings!
Walking the spiritual path, having relationship with the Creator, is ultimately the most important endeavor that I am on. It is from this place, that all things flow and inform.
