Thirsty Voter

I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

We enjoy voting and drinking with fellow Portlanders and want to register you to vote. If you're lucky you'll also get a cupcake and a button if we can get that together. Come celebrate representative democracy with us at select drinking establishments until April 29th, which is the registration deadline for our May 20th primary. Then we'll take a break and be back in the fall for the general.

Check our blog for more details! If you love America, you'd do it.

One final note: while the media has been waiting with bated breath over Thirsty's endorsements, it is the official Thirsty Voter policy not to promote any particular candidate. We certainly have our own opinions, but the Thirsty Voter goal is to engage in national and local politics by registering you to vote. And having some drinks with you. So basically we're enablers.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Political Portlanders who like to drink and may need to update their names, addresses, or party affiliations*, as well as those who are new to voting here. Because Thirsty Voter is non-partisan, we'd like to meet people of all parties and Independents. In fact, we wanted to friend John McCain, but he doesn't have an actual page.

*You must be registered under a major party (Democrat or Republican) to cast your vote for a presidential candidate or anyone else pretty much. I'm talking to you lovely Independents, Greens, Bull Moose, and Free-Soil! If you are not affiliated with a major party, you can only vote on non-partisan ballot measures for the primary(just so it's clear).
