He's my hero not only because he's my bestfriend, but because he's going through so much right now and he's taking it better than I EVER could. Most people would just give up by now, but this kid keeps fighting the battle, and I admire that, more than this kid is aware.
People throw around the word forever, like it's nothing, but when I say it, I mean it. Bestfriends forever, I promise. I'll do my best to help you, as much as I can. I'll say it as much as possible, to drill it in your head, that I'm not going to be like all the other assholes that promise forever, and then fuck up the friendship.
