I enjoy volunteer work. I am an active community volunteer member, especially when it deals with youth. Children and young adults are our future. I mentor and serve on a Justice Board that helps restore our children's future. I enjoy being active, both with my own sporting activities and those of my children... I am the ALL SPORTS MOM!!! I love sports and being out on the softball, football, soccer fields and basketball courts. I play softball in both a city and Sports Park co-ed league. I enjoy attending school and learning about diversity. My higher education has allowed for me to see the beauty of what life and others have to offer. I enjoy spending my free time with those many diverse individuals who have either taught me something or opened my eyes on the many wonderful things life has to offer. Most of all, maintaining FAMILY unity is all part of my number 1 interest.

Some of my all time favorite movies: SPANGLISH- The beauty of our Hispanic/Latino culture is definitely brought out on this movie. It just makes me cherish my beautiful Mexican mother and grandmothers even more. Because of these Wonderful women, I am who I am today.THE DIARY OF A MAD BLACK WOMAN- No, I am not a bitter woman. However, this inspirational movie is one that gives me more motivation and will to overcome the challenges of being a woman. You go GIRL!!!CRASH- The unfortunate truth of what our world has become today is outlined in this movie. Seeing it opens up one's eyes (hopefully) on how the ignorance of judgement and oppression can create such hostility not only on others but within oneself.
