(John 8:12) Jesus said '...I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life'. (Acts 2:28) and he has 'made known to me the paths of life!!!'
I am 18 years old and as for me, a small towned girl, God is my NUMBER 1 interest. He is my Lord, my savior, Father and best friend.
I'm human. I make mistakes, I hurt, I bleed, I grow emotional and so much more; I'm imperfect. Although I have many struggles and hurts like everyone else, I have a heart longing to grow closer to God every day. I have times in my life where I get very discouraged and fall on my face wanting to give up, but I remember the hope God gives us; the hope for a new day. He hands us promises that are true and never leaves us.
Through all my struggles I've really grown to see God as my best friend and companion in whom i can trust always, even though that may be hard at times because sometimes i just want to run and hide and not deal with anything. Although running may be an issue, i try not to do it for I know that even through the hard times God is always there.
Now that High school is done for me, I continue to ponder on God and what he must have for me. Fears try to overwhelm and take over me but I know that trust is a big issue and that, I will have in my God with fervent prayer. My love for God is undescribable and no one trully knows how much I really love and appreciate him.
Well, more about me... I love to go to church, worship and praise God. God does wonders and it's great to see him work! Not only through me, but also through others!! I also am very family oriented. I love them very much and love spending time with them as well. Hanging out with friends is something I love to do as well and try to do it as often as possible now that school is done and soon we will all be going our separate ways.
I was a campus missionary for three years at Libby High School/ Through those last years of being a campus missionary I saw more and more that God is our perfect father. He loves us for who we are, wants the best for us, provides for us and helps us so so much, and wont leave us for another thing or person. He is always near and his love will never fall or fail. I love to listen to and help people! So if any one of you need prayers or anything you can just message me or if you just want someone to talk to I'm here for that as well.
