Adding friends- 10.00 (this means 50 friends a day for a week, any longer 10 per week)
There will be an additional 5 dollar charge everytime there is a change
in ideas made. In order for your band to bypass any other charges you need
to fill out this form. Answer yes or no to every question.
Your band WILL NOT recieve final design until I have recieved payment.
You can see what I am working on for your band, but there will be additional
charges everytime a change is made.(including color, type of font, or design in general. Charges
may or may not go up depending on the complexity of design and or font.)
