I believe that patience and tolerance are the two most important characteristics a person can possess. I believe that the political party with the least amount of money in its campaign fund is the one that is most ethical. I believe in growing old with someone. I believe in the support of mom-n-pops so as not to have them taken over by all the Starbucks of the world. I believe that feeding us misinformation through the media is one method secret societies manipulate in order to keep us a pacified people - I believe the other is through our education system. I believe in Bikram yoga. I believe that mistakes are made so that lessons can be learned. I believe that there is a certain depth to everyone that surfaces after losing in love. I believe in being a lady. I believe that environmental issues are more newsworthy than those pertaining to war, crime, and drugs combined. I believe that prescription and non-prescription drugs do more harm than good, and that the politicans who have vested shareholder interests in the pharmaceutical companies lobby to suppress this information because "it's all about the money." I believe in natural healing. I believe in being graceful towards all things, both complicated and simple. I believe that "half-assing" my way through life is not an option. I believe in the power of intention. I believe in losing your way, because it's not about the straight line from A to B, but rather the twists and turns of the adventure between. And while some beliefs mentioned above have the potential to not make tomorrow's Top Ten, one belief will always hold true - every girl should have girlfriends like the ones that I've got.
