About Me

I LOVE MY CHILDREN! I LOVE MUSIC! I LOVE TO DANCE! I began training in competitive gymnastics and dance at 3 years old. I continued to train to elite level and competed on a junior olympic team. I was taught with the "Personal Best" philosophy. At an early age a foundation for fitness and the habit of positive thinking was instilled which has allowed me to accomplish the goals I set for myself through faith, determination and perseverance. I grew up in So Cal and moved to the North Shore of Oahu in my early 20's. What a blessing that was! The Aloha! The Land! The Water! I have recently returned to the mainland to enjoy more of GODS blessings. Watch Me Work It!!
