But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do
good to those who hate you,
and pray for those who spitefully use
you and persecute you,that you
may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He
makes His sun rise on the evil and on the
good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Matthew 5:44-45
I've been through things in my life most people couldn't even imagine and I've been hurt more times than I can count but that's my past and I will not let it affect my future. Everything I've encountered in my life (good or bad) has brought me to where I am now and made me the person I've become and that's exactly what God intended. I've learned to except things for what they are. Everything happens for a reason even if we don't like it or understand it at the time. Without my past I wouldn't be the strong, wise and caring person I am today. I will never stop loving because someone hurt me and I will never change for anyone. My faith is what keeps me smiling through the bad times...through it all
when my head is hanging low,
You help me to stand tall. THIS IS WHO IAM.The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It's more important than the past, than education, money, circumstances, failure, successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a home, a relationship. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past and we cannot change the fact that people will act a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one thing we have, and that is our Attitude. Iam convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. I realize that there is a
greater plan for me and the world than I
can conceive with my limited perspective.
