*Spring Update*
We’ve cracked the frozen grip of another winter so it’s time to come alive once again. We have assembled a great variety of shows to quench your thirst for classic KISS. Don’t let anything stand in your way of making plans to attend any one of the number of performances that we have scheduled so far. From club shows to community festivals to our return trip to Cadillac, MI in September we’ve got you covered. Check our “Tour” page often for up to the minute details on where MR.SPEED is heading next. KISS will touring the U.S. starting this fall so until you have the chance to catch the legends in a town near you grab your backstage pass and black sunglasses and come along with us…you’ve got nothin’ to lose!
MR.SPEED Rocks the World! We’d like to show KISS fans everywhere that MR.SPEED reaches places all over the world. If you happen to travel somewhere and take your MR.SPEED tee along with you grab a photo next to a landmark or special place of interest. ABOUT MR. SPEED...
Cleveland Ohio’s MR SPEED, a big, bad, bold, celebration of the music that once defined a generation, and now brings the generations together. From the opening of the show to the last note, it’s apparent that they love what they do, and those who come to see them.
MR SPEED, formed in 1994 by Rich Kosak, who portrays the unbelievably talented KISS front man Paul Stanley to perfection, has an amazingly powerful voice that’s “second to none”. MR SPEED is well known by their huge following of devoted fans, for an electrifying delivery of classic favorites from the hottest band in the world. Their enthusiasm hasn't diminished one bit in time, but actually seems to elevate with each time they hit the road.
The perfection with which they match every detail of the Gods to which they pay tribute, blows away the senses and conjures up memories of countless unbelievable performances from the 1976-77 era. From the sizzling guitar prowess of Joe Hess as Ace Frehley, or the tongue wagging, blood-spitting “thunder” of Rob Koch as Gene Simmons, to the exhilarating hard hitting rhythm of Andrew Sgambati as Peter Criss, MR SPEED will have you walking away thinking you’ve just seen KISS in concert.
This incredible tribute band never settles for less than the best they have to offer, at each and every show. Authentic costumes and instruments, an illuminated KISS logo among an endless wall of Marshall speaker cabinets and billowing smoke, all culminate to delight a sea of rock and roll warriors that comprise the audience of every show.
The band contributes their success, in part, to “the glue that holds them together”, Tina Kosak (Rich’s wife) and Ann Hess (Joe’s wife). These two incredible women do everything from setting up the stage and instruments, to running smoke machines, and troubleshooting equipment problems, not to mention their never-ending support in everything the band does.
