People will make their own decisions about me based on my actions, not so much my words - I'm not going to say I am one thing and then do another, that's called "being a hypocrite." My main tenet is the Golden Rule, and it cuts both ways, so I need to watch myself as well.I hate fakes - you know, the people who are your friend when you're around, but run you down behind your back. They don't tend to last as friends.
People who are stuck on themselves really piss me off - you know, those people who always talk about how they're so badass, smart, rich, cool, etc (many people on myspace!). Get a life! If you were to leave your little town and see the real world, you'd see how insignificant you really are.People who won't crack a book really confuse me. God gave us all a mind and we are in charge of exercising it or letting it atrophy (just like your muscles); to say that you hate reading is to admit that you're intellectually lazy.Last but not least, I despise those people who were "born with a silver spoon" in their mouth. I don't dislike all who were born into money, but I can't stand those who never had do a hard days work in their lives to earn a living. Its not so much their social status as it is their attitude; I've known wealthy people who actually think they are better than the working class, like having money automatically confers superiority.
Because of attitudes like that, I have few wealthy friends.
