.."It’s got a real ramshackle appeal to it, the lop-sided guitar pop of Paul Davies." BBC 6 Music..
.."Davies presents a very real, to-the-bone account of life and love (and murder) in the capital. A true English (anti)hero." The Fly..
"The songs are light, breezy slices of life without pretension – jangly, summery tunes that float along in the London smog and then rise high above it." Aloud.com
“What a great album – nice melodies, lyrics, very catchy. We will be watching out for more from this guy!” We7.com

I am a son of the cobbled stones of London Town. I play guitar & will sing a song to anyone who cares to listen. My intentions in life are to start an uprising, de-throne the Queen, and become first president of our esteemed land. My policies shall include compulsory afternoon earl grey tea & digestives every day at 4.30pm. The metric system shall be overthrown in favour of ounces & yards & shillings, Bobby Robson shall reign as England manager & Geoff Hurst will be up for selection again. There will be an official day of rejoicing when The Libertines reform, & Big Ben shall be digitalized & renamed Big Betty - to keep the modernists & feminists happy. Vote for me!
