About Me

Hey Ya'll. After graduating from UGA, I started teaching first grade. I worked for 3 years and after much prayer, I've decided to make a career change to business and pursue my own business! Well, I'll always love them Dawgs. I even stayed at Georgia one more semester for student teaching just to get in another football season! Go Dawgs! Although, I'm leaving my career as a teacher, I still love it, and I've been blessed to teach on Sundays to all the ladies at church. Okay, so I knew I needed to make a move outwest if I was ever gonna find my husband...LOL. So I moved to Mesa to experience life on the other side of the country. Well, I took an outside sales job, which I loved and met some incredible people! Now, I've moved again!!! I'm now in Utah! It's been a Great move and I couldn't be Happier!! I get to be in another Beautiful place with an Amazing man! Life can't get better because I'm FINALLY MARRIED TO THE MAN OF MY DREAMS...YAY!! My philosophy is to strive to be the best at whatever I do. Life is too short to let a day go by where you aren't bettering yourself or having fun! Live life to it's fullest and love those around you and you'll never have any regrets :o)So we made it to our 1st anniversary and were sealed on September 27th at noon! It was a wonderful day and w should have the pictures soon. Thank you to everyone who has supported me. Life is going great! I thank the Lord everyday for the wonderful people, opportunities, and husband that I am blessed to have in my life!

My Interests

I love college football! Go Dawgs!! I love to attend any sporting event: live is so much better! I love to relax on any beach. I enjoy a good book, especially religious, historical fiction, or book based on true stories. I love to work out; it helps me get re-energized and stay fit!! No one wants to be a fatty!! :o) I love to watch movies. I also enjoy writing. My brain seems to function better when I write my thoughts down, instead of vocalizing them. Maybe it's a blonde thing! Ha ;O) All in all, I'll try most things once, and I'm always up for a new adventure!

Music:

I love music from religious to hip-hop. It all depends on my mood. Maybe I need my country fix with a great Rascal Flatts, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, or Carrie Underwood song. Maybe I need to get my dance on with ATL's finest: a little Ludacris, Usher, Nelly and Lil John or slow it down with my Mario and some R & B. Maybe it's time to relax and unwind with some Jericho Road, Josh Grobin, or Charlotte Church. Sometimes I just need to chill with a little Nora Jones, Howie Day, Daniel Beddingfield, or John Mayer. I also love some Blink and Linkin Park too! Last, and definitely not least, I love some eighties rock: Def Lepard, White Snake, Cindy Loper, and all those tunes you know you loved growing up in the eighties!! I like to consider myself a well-rounded girl! ;o)

Movies:

Oh, this is a hard one because I love all movies, except Scary movies! I refuse to watch them! I love chick flicks, as well as the manly movies and comedies. I love the Notebook, Sweet Home Alabama or anything with Reese Whitherspoon, Lord of the Rings, Fast and the Furious, The Longest Yard, Gladiator, A Walk to Remember, Walk the Line, Ice Age, Top Gun, Days of Thunder, Ace Ventura, Tommy Boy, The Work and the Glory, and my new favorite: STEP UP!

Television:

I'm not really home enough to watch TV, and I prefer movies.

Books:

The Work and the Glory, any of Nicholas Sparks novels, Lady in Waiting, any kind of historical fiction or religious books, and the Standard Works.

Heroes:

President and Sister Hinkley, Joseph and Emma Smith, my big sister, my parents, and my Savior Jesus Christ!
