Razor Rex

I am Razor Rex. I have the nickname from wearing the Razorblade around my neck in honor of Dimebag Darrell Abbott.
I play the Guitar -- I use Ibanez Guitars. I prefer the XPT700 series with a special setup - Dimarzio D-Activator Pickups - DR Dimebag Strings 11-50 Gauge, tuned 1 1/2 Steps Down. I recently switched to Krank and record with the Krank Rev Pro Jr and my live rig I play through a Krankenstein+ 120 watt Head and a Custom 4x12 Cabinent loaded with 2 12" Eminence Texas Heat and 2 12" Eminence Legend v128's. I also use Dunlop Tortex .83 Jazz Picks.
I am currently looking for other musicians that share my goals in music: Total domination. Nothing less than complete success. I am a fan of Metal and living the life of a Metal Musician is the only thing that will satisify me. If you are interested in getting together and jamming, send me a message. If you are interested in going the distance, I must warn you -- I am not looking for a half-assed "I'll get to it later" or "I haven't listened to that song" or a "I'll listen to that song later and learn the beat" or whatever approach. I'm interested in making a living off of music, I expect nothing less than 150% from everyone in the band.
I have studied hard on Music Business, I know what the expectations are. I've shed my delusions about being "signed" or "getting the big contract." I have a plan, I know how to make money in music and still retain complete artistic control and I'm willing to go all the way. Are you? Contact me.
