Bilingual latin beats, traditional classic rock, were the initial factors behind the building of the alternative pop rock quintet Tribal. The band's Southern Californian musical roots were a big factor, for vocalist Sal Jimenez, guitarist Juan Perez, and bassist Daniel Delgadillo, formed a tight friendship shortly after high school, and became the No Name Band. After some changes within the band in 1999 the band became Tribal and was out on the Latin rock scene by 2001. By 2002 the band started headlining venues like House of Blues and Hard Rock Café. 2003 Tribal goes in the studio (TRUONE RECORDS) to record what became their 1st debut album called “Rock Bajo El Sol”. The independent album was sold in the US and Mexico. In 2005 they started sharing the stage with major artist from Mexico, Fobia and Inspector. In 2006 lead guitarist Eros Sanchez and drummer Fernando Oviedo joined the band to take Tribal to a new level . Up to this date Tribal continues to headline the best venues like The Mayan Theater, House of Blues, Hard Rock Live, L.A Convention Center, Universal Studios Block Party Main Stage. The band is sponsored by Gibson Guitars, Tabasco, Time Warner Cable, Monster Energy Drink and Jack Daniel’s. Tribal recently won best pop rock band of L.A. The band will soon release their second studio album which is being produced by them at their recording studio.
