About Me

Hello, my full name is Mary Gabriella Mosqueda. My friends, fans, and random peeps that I come in to contact with call me Lucky and only Lucky. I identify as an openly androgynous (soft butch, whatever you call me. Do I fucking care?) Mexican-American (Last generation Tejana with relatives tracing to Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico) dyke living with a disability. I don't use feminine pronouns in when I write about myself. For example, I use ze, hir, hirs, hym, or they. Call me "he" or "she", I really don't care. I am a feminist as well as extremely liberal (that doesn't mean I hate men, I don't hate men, I'm pro-gender equality rights. Seriously, what does a feminist looks like to you anyways?). I'm a sweetheart, painfully shy, and have a sense of humor, but I'm brutally honest and sarcastic as well.
I'm an active member of About Face Theatre since April of 2006. This would be my third year with the company and I'm so excited to work with them. Yes, I'm a Jerichoholic, and proud of it! I'm also an activist, fighting for all things civil rights. I attend Malcolm X College majoring in theater (later adding another major soon). I'm obsessed with Astrology and Politics, sweets, frozen white castle burgers you can buy at the store and re-heat them, and dairy products. I love vitamins, skin care and hair care products (That would explain my induging, brutally honest, sarcastically delicious liberal Sagittarian mind). Oh, and I love pens, any type. And I'm writing a play, a novel, and another novel in the works. I love blogging, it takes the thought of writing in a journal better, don't you? So for those who don't know, I blog on here a lot, so why don't you subscribe? My life's a stage as well.
