This page is being managed by Ely's aunt, Bev. I want people to know the truth about Ely and what is happening to him. I would like to know if any one has suggestions about the court procedures. There will be more documents, pictures, and reports posted. They will show the abuse and negelect that he has had to endure. I want you to know where your tax dollars have been wasted and misused. Some of the people that have jobs because of people like Ely, having a need, are the ones that are neglecting him.(social workers, county human services, guardian etc.). One of the biggest stumbling blocks has been The Bureau of Quality Assurance and the present guardian. He is alone, without even a wheelchair, being denied services being moved away from family. He needs to come home NOW!!!>>The help we need is, having people like you, first getting the word out to everyone about Ely's situation. Second, calling media, newspapers, goverment agencies{governer, sentors, human services} and ask something like "Why and how can things like this be happening to anybody?", and " Can you look further into the deception and scandalous treatment of Ely and the situation?" ,and,"Where are my tax dollars really going?" Now we are talking about thousands and thousands+++ of tax dollars being wasted. >>People are making money from Ely's situation and now he is being left to die.TELL ME HOW MUCH OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS DO YOU THINK IT COST TO HAVE SOMONE HOSPITALIZED FOR ONE YEAR. Most of that time Ely could of spent at home! I feel that the neglect will be passed off as "oh it was just a death by brain injury". Ely has proved many times what he is capable of as you will see in the pictures and records shown on this site.
