I'm just your average small town guy. I was a major athlete my whole life growin up. Guitar always entranced me but I never really had time to follow that path due to the fact we were always running to baseball games or some weekend basketball tournament. Though a jock, I always had a dream of being a rockstar guitar player for some up and comming band. A change in events in my life sent me spiraling into the music world. I saw Stevie Ray Vaughan's Austin City limits on PBS one night when I was 19 and from that day on.....I was a guitar player! I've never had a lesson in my life and learned how to sing just from playing so much. I like writing my own songs, it's kind of a release for me at times. I've had problems just like everone else and those things have been a foundation for most of my song writing. I think everybody has had a moment when they just wanted to let go and give up but then there was that one song. That one single lyric in that one single song that brought them back around. I'm inspired by that moment in my life and want to reach out to others the same way with my music!
