I am a Personal Trainer and a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Counselor under the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Learning the many different dietary theories, I take an approach to nutrition and fitness based on your bio-individuality. I studied about the mind-body connection and that being “fit” and “healthy’ does not ONLY include those results which are visible on the outside, but also includes being fit and healthy on the ‘inside’. I educate and work with individuals on many different levels including deconstructing cravings, stress reduction, education on wholesome nutrition and how it impacts the body, weight loss as well as weight gain, and counseling on many other topics. As a personal trainer, I have developed a program that incorporates both nutrition and fitness. I offer at home personal training both one on one and group sessions. I've consulted at the Personal Training Center for Women in Scarsdale, NY and I have starred as a fitness model in Sculpting Her Body Perfect, the DVD attachment fitness video and I also consult at The Gym in Armonk, NY.
