About Me

I began playing piano in 2006. I fell with Enya. I have always been a huge fan of Moby as well as Delerium. My style is more loose and continuous. Lots of times curiosity and spontaneit will be the culprits for new pieces. LOLI learned how to play piano by ear. It came fairly easy, so I dabbled in the music major for a year. Perhaps a music instructor was my future. I learned so much!! But not enough to wanna persue further, so I switched to fine art of painting and drawing. Jane Pardue is the woman who encouraged my abilities to catch on really fast. So in honor of her, I wrote my first song. When I put it on my page, it will be titled in her name.So bear with me as we explore the music world of piano together as the composer and the listener. Throw any feedback my way. It is an honor to get to share this part of myself with the world.Kat Knutsen
