About Me

My name is Nicole, but most people call me Nic. I am a proud mommy to be to Kiley Elise and I love her SO much already. I absolutely love being pregnant, especially now that I'm past all the morning sickness (edit: now that I'm ready to pop, I'm miserable. I'm huge! I can't even shave my legs efficiently anymore..it's a struggle. C'mon out already!)! This baby is totally Mommy's Little Monster and always will be. I have a simple life, but it's a life that I love and I am thankful for every breath that I take so that is what matters most. I have a fish named Bob Saget (R.I.P.). I share a beautiful, wonderful house with my amazing husband Kevin. I get to fall asleep in my best friend and lover's arms every night and wake up to the most beautiful green eyes in the world, not to mention the best kisses ever. We don't really argue, only about who's turn it is to watch television. I went to New Orleans in May 2008 and it changed my life in so many ways. I saw things that I didn't know even existed, and seeing the devastation from Hurricane Katrina gave me a new appreciation of everything I have. On the other hand, it was the most unique, amazing city I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, and I think about the memories I made on my trip there every single day. I can't wait to go back...I can honestly say that I left my heart in New Orleans. I have learned that the the lower you fall, the higher you'll fly.
