About Me

I was born and raised in Oklahoma, and moved to Bellaire, Texas in 2003 because of my dad's job. Conveniently in the middle of my junior year of high school. I didn't plan on majoring in film. I was interested in screenwriting originally. Not to make a living, just as a hobby. Then I read about LU's film program and decided maybe I should learn about the whole filmmaking process.In the Spring 2006 semester, I became involved with
Lamar Theatre. It can be said that I was "adopted", like
some dumb puppy refusing to go back home. I've acted in
many Lamar Theatre productions, including "Stage Directions"
and "Road to Ruin", and hope to act in future shows.I'm still not sure what I'm going to do when I graduate
from college. I'm not out to make the next Citizen Kane or The Sixth Sense. I just want to get a paycheck without having to sell my soul. If other people actually like the work I do and want to see the movies I make and/or work on, that's just the icing on the cake.
