From a song-writing partnership spanning over 3 years, The Jones was formed in Leeds, UK, by singer Kris Jones and guitarist Kevin Jones after a chance encounter at a Shaun Ryder gig
Having attained a White Label release with 'Days Like This' they went on to create a back catalogue comprising of in excess of 40 songs.
The boys are now kicking up interest throughout the music industry and are currently being guided by Mike Regan (Hired Gun Management) in the USA and are talking with a few management companies about possible management in the rest of the World.
They have a good working relationship with producer Will Jackson (Music/ Embrace/Kaiser Chief) and have recieved much help from him as well as from Kath Canoville (former Brit Awards Judge) and Gary Ashley (Reposession Records)
With the arrival of the experienced Mike Jones on drums, the amazing Adam Jones on guitar, and the final piece of the jigsaw Jono Jones on bass, together The Jones are a unique song driven outfit - with anthemic power and feeling, their music is suffused with rolling melodies and searing guitars.
