Grew up in AL. Learned to play upright bass in the 5th grade.
Electric in the 10th grade. Graduated... Came to AtL, GA in 91'.
Started promoting shows in 93'. Tried to manage artists starting in
95'. Went back to promoting shows in 97'. Started trying to manage
artists again in 98'. Released a rap record in 2001. Didn't know
what we were doing. Lost a lot of money... So with my new found
recording and production equipment, started making noises with an
MPc... Went back to promoting shows again in 2002. Kept making
beats... Trying to write songs... Finally laid to rest my concert
promoter hat in December, 2003. There goes the first 10 years...
Poof. Gone... Stuck with production work. In the fall of 03', I
started engineering for award winning producer "LRoc". He shared
with me the art of writing music and by working with him, learned
more than I could absorb... Started working with Billy Hume in the
fall of 05'. Now i get to really learn the art of recording. Slowly
learning about mixing... Keep writing music... 07' shows up. Here i
am... Trying to pay the mortgage, private school, etc... with this
music.
