I am a post-doctoral researcher in entomology (the study of insects). I am originally from the Bay Area, Northern California, and I've been living in Riverside since 2003. I work hard but in my free time I have a lot of fun. I love to try new things. :-)

Pudding (or "What I Learned Today")

You cannot make Jello instant pudding with rice milk. It does not turn to jello. It just stays liquid. I looked it up online, and apparently soy milk doesn't work either. Grr.
