About Me

Hey! My name is Bart. I live in Lethbridge Alberta which is a nice city 2 hours south of Calgary. I currently work for an Engineering Consulting company that specializes in Transportation and Infrastructure Projects. Basically we design and build Highways. Ok enough boring stuff...
I enjoy spending time with family and friends but unfortunately it's difficult when we live in different cities. Maybe one day I will move back to Calgary...
Have enjoyed travelling in the past and still hope to get out and have some adventures before I am either too old or tied down with other responsibilities. Heading to Australia and Fiji in November with my buddy Geoff. We are going to meet up with another buddy Cam in Brisbane... should be good times!

My Interests

Been spending most of my weekends out of town chilling with friends and networking. During the week I like to work out, watch Hockey (especially the Flames), play around on the net, and sometimes just vegetate on my couch.

I'd like to meet:

That special lady who makes me a better person. Someone who appreciates me and truly loves me.
Some of my old friends that I lost touch with over the years.
Cool and interesting people that share some of the same interests and views on life.

Music:

I like most music but very little country (unless it's Stampede time). Favorite bands include U2, The Killers, Arcade Fire, Offspring, Nirvana, Good 80s and 90s stuff. Went to Live 8 in London Hyde Park... what a cool experience. Saw U2 a few times while in Europe.

Movies:

I mostly watch comedy but I enjoy almost a variety of movies. Some of my favorites include: Officespace, Austin Powers, Old School, The Matrix, All 3 Lord of the Rings, Snatch, Saw, Minority Report

Television:

Lost, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, Sopranos, lol this commercial was gold! Hitchiking Hops
