Sam McCune

Hey all you party goers. This is to tell you a bit about the person ive become in the last 19 years of my life.My name is Sam McCune i live in bangor NI (Northern Ireland) ive been into music for as long as i can remember. Its the only thing ive ever been any good at or had an interest in along with smoking and a couple of other mind altering activitys. when i went to live in saudi arabia with my dad i was thirteen and i started to learn the guitar after 2 years i came back home to NI and continuded to play in bands with mates doing small rock gigs. When i was just turning 16 i started geting into dance music listening to people like fat boy slim and the prodigy. In December 2004 i seen the prodigy live in the Ulster hall. This was the first ever rave strickly speaking i had ever been to and the insperation it gave me was undiscribable (it was also one of my first swinging chin experiances lol). Soon after i was clubbing any time i could (seeings i was under age) going to night clubs such as Shine and Lush. I soon got board of the guitar and wanted to start DJing. I was always seen as wee sam as my mates have always been a good few years older than me and at that time my mates Dave (DJ Koncept) and AJ (Andrew johnston) pointed me in the way of geanres from Hip Hop to Banging Techno. Iv now been DJing for nearly 2 years and have played in some of bangors biggest Clubs (Mint and Nation etc.). I have also been studying music technology for 2 years in collage and it has opened me up to producing my own beats and understanding music.I have also over the last 2 years been blesed with my son Jake and my loving girl Sj who play a big part in my life and have given me the insperation to really go for it.
