ABOUT DJD: Dustin "DJD" Lebo is a 15 year old white "artist" who was born and raised in Carlisle, PA along with his older brother Jeremy. The 2 were raised by their mother, Sandi, and father, Dennis. Dustin found his love for music when he was very young, he was always listening to some type of music and lip syncing to it. He listened to everything including rock, country and pop, he was exposed to rap and hip-hop by his brother who got it from his friend. Dustin liked how it had rhythm and rhyme and he liked the beats and the lyrics. The first rap CD that he ever purchased was Eminem's "The Marshall Mathers LP" but it was the clean version because his mother did not want him listening to the vulgur language in the songs. When he would listen to the songs by Eminem, he would vision that he was the one rapping and started using his hand as a mic and performing in his room. Not too long after, he started hanging around with all the wrong people and started stealing merchandise from stores and doing bad things, but at the age of 10, it all changed.CAREER OF DJD: At the age of 10, Dustin started writing rhymes in a notebook that he had, some were alright and some he just tore up and threw away. He was too shy to perform them in front of anybody and he really didn't see himself as a rapper. At the young age of 12 he started rapping aloud to and with his friends from school, the flow was not always the best thing ever but it was alright. By the age of 13 Dustin recorded his first song with fellow rapper Nik "NAZ" Zulli (together made up German Italian Mafia (G.I.M)) the song was self-entitled "G.I.M" and was recorded with the help of Miami native LeJuan "Love" Biggers, who moved to Carlisle to take some time off. When he was 14 he and Nik began recording their debut album entitled "A New Era" and finally released it in May of 2008. Now at the age of 15 and solo, Dustin just finished his solo debout demo entitled "Make It or Break It Vol. 1" which was released October 27, 2008. Dustin is now in the studio working on his album, which is entitled "Self-Proclaimed Dead Man." He hopes to have that out no later than September.
