This is my curse and my blessing. This is the never ending cycle, my never ending battle, in this never ending story I call life. I live for the moment viewing the world through a skewed perception. Reality to me is not what you see but what you feel. I am an old wandering soul still searching for his path through this life finding my way by the words that I write. I am a Poet who dreams often but seldom sleeps, a musician who screams his melody over beats, and a scholar who sees what he sees and teaches what he believes. For this is what makes us who we are. Our thoughts! It is this simple thing that no one can control unless we let them.
I am a product of a broken home with a broken soul slowly piecing it together as I go. Everyday brings love and loss, pleasure and pain, life and death, hello's and goodbye's...this is why I live for the NOW. You never know when that will be gone. If I die today...this instant know this... I am happy, I have loved and been loved, I have smiled and cried, and I always lived to live never living to die.
This road that I am on has been long and bumpy. I have had many great friends along the way and am still greatful to still call many of them "friend". With that being said I have lost many along the path. I still think back on many of them with fond memories... I am not a vengeful person, I believe the universe has an order to things... karma will catch up to all of us one day. I wish no one ill feelings... in life there comes a time when your path will depart from some of those around you. This does not mean you were not meant to meet them, this just means it is time for you to go a different way.
