Appitne was originally formed in 2000 by John Rankin and lasted for two years, releasing two demo c.d's and making one video (as can be seenbelow). Appitne ceased to exist from 2003 onwards. However, in early 2009, John Rankin decided it was time for Appitne to make its return and along with Damien Kenny began writing new material, including "LIES" and "SIGNUM FEDEI" with more to follow soon. Below is a video that was made a number of yearsago for the song, "Rise Again". It was filmed by Damien Kenny and Caroline Hill and edited and produced by Damien Kenny.
