About Me

My name is Jay Ashcroft. I'm Head of Guitar for The Rock Project Music School's in St Helens and teach at a number of the schools across the county. I have a BA Hons in Music, years of professional playing experience and know how to make you into a better player today!
Aside from teaching I play in the pop/rock band Tayla-Made and gig across the country, check out one of our live shows in a venue near you...
My lessons are tailored to individual needs and goals, and are specifically focused on getting the most out of the learner. There is no set plan that you will be following, only what you need to learn to improve your playing.
I am based in the city center.
I teach beginner and intermediate players at competitive and reasonable prices (£8 for 30mins or £15 for hour lesson. I teach one on one or do group lessons. Contact me here on Myspace or drop me a email at [email protected] for more information. Take a look at my playing!... enjoy
