In the year of 1985, under the leadership of Elder Ernest Lester of Liberty Chapel of Fort Lee, Virginia, God baptized me in the Holy Ghost. I was then immediately sent on a journey to Moundsville, West Virginia where I had an experience of a lifetime, I was called by God into Ministry. Never knowing or hearing the voice of God. God sent me to a wilderness place where there was green grass on mountain sides, cows and sheep grazed and land that was so still and bearing that I heard the voice of God with known certainty. After the experience in the wilderness, I then realized that I heard that same voice in Fort Lee Virginia, but never understood what I was hearing. The first Sunday in West Virginia, I searched and found a church, where the Pastor Bishop Joe Jordan looked at me and said, “God has called you”, and immediately placed me on the youth pastoral team. Later God moved me to St Albans, West Virginia where I met the phenomenal, Bishop T.D. Jakes, who I was blessed to have as a Spiritual Father and later licensed me as an Elder at Temple of Faith in South Charleston West Virginia.Under Bishop Jake’s leadership, I was appointed the youth Pastor and one of the very first women to attend the legendary, internationally known “Woman thou Art Loosed” Conference. Later moving to Savannah Georgia where I became the first woman to become Assistant Pastor of Garvin Temple Baptist church, now known as the Temple of Glory, under the leadership of Bishop Matthew M. Odum. Prior to my service with the Temple of Glory, I served as an Associate Pastor of Abundant Life Ministries under the auspice of the Apostle Paulette Olasaji and Bishop Tevin Robert. It was under their leadership and God’s calling that I was ordained as a Prophetess and Pastor. I then followed my heart and God’s ordered steps which led me to First Jerusalem Baptist Church, under the leadership of no other than Pastor Gregory Tyson. I thank God for S.U.G.G.S.,(Salvation Under God‘s Graceful Service), (God’s Hands Extended) Ministry, where God has really showed himself strong and mighty. In 2007, March 27 the LORD said “Get Up!” and I was led to an empty building. It was there that God told me that the “Doors have now been opened and it shall be called, “Temple of Healing& Restoration.”I am Pastor and Founder of Temple of Healing&Restoration, a nondenominational church located in Savannah Georgia. Through my life experiences God has established me to be a prime candidate for this position to administer healing to others. God delivered me from terminal cancer, toxic shock during pregnancy, rejection and divorce from a marriage of over 25 years, the loss of my job and home. I was appreciated and loved one day and rejected the next. So, I am not a stranger to the state of brokeness. But I didn't remain there! I made it through with the conviction, "If it had not been for the LORD on my side, where would I be." Though I have been through many trials and tribulations, I am a woman embracing my destiny! Through the divine word of God we have the assurance that God will never leave us or forsake us; God will be with us always.
