I've been making this salsa for about 25 years, but it has been in the family for well over 100 years. It started with my grand daddy Florencio Rodriguez which was born in 1903 and he passed this recipe on to my mother and then on to me. There is no other salsa made this way, I use fresh homegrown peppers and vegetables..but what makes this salsa different than all the others is that I use 4 different types of hot peppers and hard to find colored bell peppers. There is so much more that sets this one apart from all the rest, you can taste the spices even through the HOT of the HOTest. You must TASTE and see the difference! Try it in MILD, HOT OR, I DARE YA! 'Perfect heat without losing the flavor'!!
