The unflinching light of mindful awareness reveals the extent to which we are tossed along in the stream of past conditioning and habit. The moment we decide to stop and look at what is going on (like a swimmer suddenly changing course to swim upstream instead of downstream), we find ourselves battered by powerful currents we had never even suspected precisely because until that moment we were largely living at there command.I'm a commercial electrician. Its not a job, its a career and one that I thoroughly enjoy. Yes I'm a blue collar worker but I have class and I clean up pretty nicely.Also I'm an artist, art is a passion of mine. I draw, paint, write, and soon I will be taking up photography. I love to create, pouring my emotions into my project, it becomes a part of me telling a story.I'm a father of two little boys and they are the loves of my life. I can still remember the day ,y oldest was born. I was scared and excited all at the same time but when I held him for the first time I was taken over by pride and love.I'm a Veteran.
