Hi there! Welcome to my world.I am a singer, songwriter.. bla bla well more to the point a seeker and axe grinder (being a Viking and all..)! This is my debut album as a solo artist and I am proud! I have had the great pleasure of working with a fantastic producer/composer/arranger, Neil Luckett without whom this album would sound very different indeed. I have previously worked with various producers and bands since coming to the UK in 1998. Before that I was signed to Stockholm Records in my native Sweden as a singer fronting dance and techno productions (but don’t bother searching for it ‘cause nothing got general release...). Oh and the pictures on this site are by the phenomenal photographer Peter Anderson! Huge thanks also to the stunning musicians and friends who have played on this album Neil Luckett (all guitars, bass, programming), Jonathan Williams (cello), Mark Lord (violins) and Paul Jarrett (drums & percussion)So here comes the axe grinding.. please read this only if you're feeling open minded!In April 2007 I had a near death experience. The back of my head was narrowly missed by a sniper bullet when I was on my way home late one night in South London. It was one of the best things that has ever happened to me! For sure I have always been a seeker. For sure I was not at the beginning but somewhere in the middle of my path. Without a doubt from that moment on I could no longer meander along and let life take me where ever it took me.I am now questioning more than ever the parameters of the life we live in this physical world. I am questioning our persistent ignorance of metaphysical realities. We continue to be blinkered even as science, which has become our religion, is coming closer on a daily basis to proving that other dimensions exist. We continue to worship the human form as our gods and instant gratification as our way to happiness. We are oblivious to the reality that paradise is right here right now on this gorgeous planet called Earth, and that within each and every one of us there is the totality of inner wisdom in the expression of LOVE. Are we stuck in all this superficiality? Are we playing it way too safe, thinking way too small?Now.. let my music enter you, inspire you and take you to both well known and new places.Thank you.
