Grew up on the West Bank in Marrero, Harvey(Woodmere) and Algiers. I joined the Marin Corps a year after high school. I tried college and the work force but it just didn't work out for me. After an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps due to medical reasons(2 brain surgeries), I fell into the car business. I was led by a good man for 7 interesting, fun, challenging, pain staking years. I'll never forget what I've learned in either The Corps or "The Business", but I can't return to either. Life for me is a journey down the road less traveled. I do what most don't, I have interests in the most opposing subjects and I Honor my God, my family and my true friends. Without them I would not be typing this message today. Alana I love you ALWAYS. Thank you for your support when I needed it most, once agin................ One Easter Sunday 4 hooded men walk into a packed church, loaded from head to toe with all the small arms, knives, explosives, and swords they could carry.... As they approached the alter 1/2 the congragation ran out in fear, the other half stayed in faith... As they got closer to the alther 2 nuns and a few of the clergy fled in fear, the others sat in faith... When they got to the front of the church the first man spoke in a somber tone and said, "Everyone who is willing to die painlessly and quickly by being blown up for your Lord stay where you are, the rest may leave". Half of the remaing original half got up and ran out screaming, the others including the rest of the clergy sat in silence... The next man then screemed out, "Now, all of you who are willing to take a bullet and die quickly but in pain for you Savior move to the front and let the rest leave out the back!". Half of what was left and 2 clergy plus the priest moved to the front, while the rest made their way through the rear of the church. Now, practically screaming the third man DEMANDED, "THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO DIE AN AGONIZING DEATH BY THE BLADE KNEEL AND BOW. YOUR HEADS WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR BODIES FOR YOUR GOD!". A few including the priest and just one clergy member did so as the rest barn stormed every available exit. A few moments passed while a silence fell over the church. Finally, the Priest looked up and said well do as you may, we are ready... The final hooded man stepped forward with just his beard showing and said yes you are ready my son and so are these few that remain. You see my Priest, your Lord and Savior died a much more painful death then any of us described and he did so for you. So, on this day that you all pay respect and recognize his death and resurrection, we wanted to remove all of the non believers and "sunday saints".
