Explain why this isn't a waste of my time.

About Me

I was born in a small town but grew up in a slightly larger one, Charlotte, NC. I do the desk job thing during the week at a financial firm, and then hang out on the Internet for 75% of my free time..... update: Now I'm at 15% work, 40% hanging out in Asheville, 20% Internet/Computer tinkering, 7% eating, 17% sleeping, 1% looking for my keys.

My Interests

Photography, building computer mods, music, finding things to keep me busy.
My Flickr Photo Collection

I'd like to meet:

Jesus, Leonardo da Vinci, Steve Jobs if we're only talking about the living.

Music:

Talking Heads, Phish, The Killers, whatever I can get my hands on for free I will give it a shot. If it's .99 cents a song then I might be a little picky.

Books:

With printed text and paper pages? Pass. Just kidding.... Right now, Angles and Demons by Dan Brown, and re-reading The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Heroes:

Tux of course! Check out our blog we did together.

Up the street

So the package I just ordered on the Internet is just up the street. A distance far enough I wouldn't want to walk, but just a stones throw in the vast network of pavement, pulsing lights and reflecti...
