Dr. Pete Pagano

About Me

Over the past thirty plus years, Dr Pete has treated every dental condition imaginable. For years he worked side by side with his father, who practiced in St Louis for over 50 years before retiring. Dr. Pete treats families who are now on their fourth generation of Pagano dentistry. The ability to work with the precision of an engineer and the talent of a master artisan ensures your dental outcome is both healthy and beautiful. In the past 30 plus years, I've treated every dental condition imaginable. I have a passion for dentistry and health, which is why I've spent countless hours and a king's ransom to learn diverse treatments and procedures. I knew I wanted to be a dentist at an early age because I watched my dad practice. When I got out of dental school we worked together for many years. He had 50 years logged in before he retired and even today I have patients who are the fourth in their generation getting Pagano dentistry. To me, dentistry requires the precision of an engineer -- to make sure that your treatment is correctly diagnosed and executed with minimal discomfort, all while ensuring it doesn't offset your bite and cause structural problems like headaches. It also requires a sense of art (I minored in art in college before dental school and still do oil painting).
