I love to cook, forgive me, I am not bragging, I just happen to be great at it, among other things. I love to cook Italian, French,and Mexican, from scratch. I owe all my cooking skills to my mother and my godmother. Bless them, they are both amazing, old world women, that love to cook. I love great wine, touring vineyards, and making wine, the old world way.This passion comes again from family, Italian, and learning such wonderful talents from older generations.
