About Me

Hayden is now 7 mo. old and is a holy terror. He's everywhere, but that's a good thing. He does nothing but play, eat, and sleep all the time. Things are going well. Monica is working on school and finished with her first clinical. I just started at our newest location in Roswell, Ga, so just 15mi from home as opposed to the 41mi I was driving to Norcross. This translates to a lot more family time!!!

My Interests

Lifting, occassionally with Josh, Movies, a few video games, and that's about it.

I'd like to meet:

Frank Zane, any of the guys from Animalpak.com, and anyone I considered a friend @ some point in my life. Just to check up on them.

Music:

I listen to everything, infact I surprised a guy in the airport (yah, I was stuck there when they shut it down a month ago for some fake bomb) by knowing the song the piano player was playing was Benny and the Jets, by Elton John.

Movies:

Finding Neverland, Pumping Iron, 13th Warrior, Braveheart, Gladiator, Forrest Gump, Tommy Boy, Billy Elliott, and many others

Television:

Whatever my wife makes me watch!

Heroes:

My grandparents, my parents, Chris Walker, David Nichols, Frank Zane, anyone who has overcome adversity and strived for success.
